I have a problem I have a game I clicked play I am waiting the arrow at the top but there is no image from the game I don't know what the character is doing I have a whole black screen how to fix it

I can't get over how hard the game actually is, found myself getting angrier and angrier by the second. Only reason i stopped was because I ended up hitting my desk hard in rage and breaking my light in the process.. Good game tho!
I can't seem to download it, it keeps either giving an error upon fully downloading (reaching 100%) or not letting me access the file. I try to open it in file, but then it removes itself. This is more infuriating than I'm pretty sure that the gameplay is, but I wouldn't know, as I cant even get to the freaking game. Please help me.

First loading went fine until starting playing. After, black screen and left arrow directing back to menu.
When I load it up, it crashes.

when i first installed it it worked fine, but when i closed out and opened it again it wouldn't open the app. Any help?
Maybe a bug, try it again and make sure you open the right area the .exe file
